Salary: Grade 4, £19,312 - £20,493 per annum. £10.00 - £10.62 per hour
37 hours per week
Temporary for 6 months
Your role:
As a support worker you will be part of a team helping individuals to cook, clean, wash and regain their confidence in undertaking everyday life skills. Helping them to develop strong links within the community, you will support and encourage individuals to reach their goals and aspirations. You will support residents to build their confidence and achieve their goals, focusing on the things they can achieve.
About you:
You will have a flexible approach and excellent communication skills with an ability to develop positive relationships with customers, families, agencies and other relevant professionals. You will have an interest and understanding of mental health and will display the organisations values and behaviours in all you do. You will hold an NVQ level 2 Care certificate or equivalent qualification or possess an equivalent level of experience to enable you to provide a high level of support.

Our service provides 26 self-contained flats,we have a communal area where residents can socialise and build friendships, helping them to feel safe and focus on their recovery.
