Salary: Grade 10, £36,876 - £40,760 per annum.

37 hours per week

Temporary for 6 months

Your role:


The role will involve working closely with families and partner agencies, managing or providing support for specific caseloads. Applicants will be required to work in a person-centred way supporting families and professionals through the EHC assessment process. You will take the lead in communicating with families, schools, colleges and other external establishments and partners. Leading and attending meetings and reviews across the borough. A good understanding of the SEND framework, schools, other educational provision and local health services will be expected.

About you:

Applicants must be excellent communicators, verbally and in the written from, self-motivated with a high level of organisational skills, being able to work within prescribed timescales and deadlines. Applicants will need strong interpersonal skills, have strong emotional reliance and able to work under pressure. A strong work ethic and a passion for this area of work. Some management experience would be beneficial as you will have responsibility for staff.
