Salary: Grade 2, £2,479 - £2,565 per annum. £9.30 - £9.62 per hour

6 hours 15 minutes per week, term time working 38 weeks per year

The head teacher and governors of Winstanley Community Primary School would like to appoint a well motivated, nurturing individual to join our team of dedicated and hardworking lunchtime staff.

In this role you will required to:

• To supervise children during lunch time, in the hall, sandwich areas cloakrooms and play- ground areas
• Encouraging good behaviour and managing behaviour appropriately in line with the requirements of the School Behaviour Policy
• Encouraging good table manners and developing social skills appropriate to the age of the child
• Encouraging and joining in with play time games and activities
• Reporting to class teachers any accidents, incidents or misbehaviour at the end of each session
• Ensuring a first aider is informed of any accidents and that pupils who are injured or sick are attended to as appropriate
• Tidying up and wiping up spillages in sandwich areas outside the hall
• Maintaining the school ethos at all times
