An exciting opportunity has arisen for an exceptional candidate to join our leadership team on its exciting journey. Ince CE Primary and Nursery School is looking to appoint an excellent practitioner to join our dynamic team.

Our Lead Practitioner for English will be a key part of our senior leadership team, responsible for the strategic development of English across the school, ensuring English Teaching and outcomes are outstanding.

This post will require the successful candidate to be a model of excellent practice, maintain a clear focus on outstanding delivery to learners and ensure a centre of best practice and excellence.

The successful applicant will need to be able to show evidence that they possess the skills and attributes to inspire pupils and ensure outstanding outcomes, continually improving their own practice in order to enable every child to be the best that they can be.
