Grade 7 - £25,295 - £28,785 per annum  
   
37 hours per week (Part Time and Job Share hours will be considered)
  
   
Your role:  
   
We are looking to recruit a number of highly motivated Community Resilience Officers to join our new service in delivering a whole new approach to dealing with Anti-Social Behaviour. Based in our communities, working closely with a full range of partners, you will support our residents and our communities in addressing behaviour that causes Social Harm. Working tenure blind, you will deliver a range of innovative interventions using all of the Restorative Justice techniques and Civil Enforcement Powers available.

You will have a passion for this area of work and be able to inspire and motivate people to make positive changes in their lives. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to work with a wide range of people and develop key relationships with partner agencies.  You will have excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.  
    
About us:  
   
The Community Resilience Team is a new team that replaces the traditional approach to Anti-Social Behaviour. The team will operate tenure blind and manage cases from early intervention and prevention right through to enforcement where necessary. Based on a Social Harm model we will look to deliver the right intervention at the right time to safeguard people, families and communities but also to build resilience and tolerance in our communities.
