Salary: Grade 5, £19,146 - £21,961 per annum. £9.92 - £11.38 per hour

 

The salary is subject to the 2019 National Joint Council pay award and any local agreements

 

37 hours per week

 

Temporary for 18 months

 

Please note that you will also be covering the Regional Adoption Agency footprint (Cheshire West and Chester, Halton, St Helens, Warrington and Wigan)

 

Your role:

 

The Adoption Recruitment and Assessment Team are currently looking to appoint an enthusiastic marketing professional, for the role of Recruitment and Engagement Officer.

 

You will work in a busy and friendly adoption team based in Warrington and work in partnership with the five local authorities across the Regional Adoption Agency footprint.

 

You will take a lead on recruiting prospective adopters, as well as raise awareness of the adoption process within the agency.  You will be responsible for developing, co-ordinating, delivering and evaluating campaigns, which will support the agency and their marketing team with the recruitment of adopters.  You will be required to deliver these campaigns in a way that reflects the agency’s recruitment strategy and be responsible for contributing towards the ongoing development of the agency’s approach.

 

About you:

 

You will be an excellent communicator, who is able to work within a team of professionals to evaluate the success of marketing and events activities.  You will also have the confidence and presentation skills to deliver the agency’s recruitment and marketing campaigns.

 

Your delivery of the agency’s recruitment strategy will also be underpinned by your knowledge of IT systems and previous experience of presenting to a public audience.

 

You will have the ability to think creatively, work to deadlines and develop reports.  You will also be able to understand, analyse and convey complex information, in order to successfully deliver recruitment campaigns.
