Achievement Service is seeking Freelance Practitioners to join our Pool
supporting pupils who have English as an Additional Language and Gypsy Roma
Traveller pupils in Primary and Secondary schools within the Borough.
If you are a qualified teacher
/ teaching assistant who can operate on a freelance basis, and who can enthuse,
motivate and engage pupils, and would like the challenge of working in a
demanding and rewarding environment, then we want to hear from you. We are
looking for practitioners who have had recent experience in the classroom, and preferably
with experience of working with bilingual pupils.
We are looking for staff:
-
Holding ‘Teaching Assistant NVQ Level 2’ or higher
-
Able to support in one of the following areas: KS1, KS2, KS3/4
-
Able to support small groups and pupils on a 1-1 basis as required, both within the classroom and withdrawn
-
Able to work closely with teaching staff and other TAs within the classroom
-
Able to provide 3 up to date references

Seeking the flexibility of freelance work and suited towards the temporary nature of placements
