Job Title: Start Well Centre Manager
Salary Grade: G9 – Scp 29 - 34
Working Pattern: Full Year
Working Hours: 37 hours per week

The Trustees of the Epworth Trust are seeking to appoint a Start Well Centre Manager to work across the communities of Leigh, Lowton & Golborne, in our well established and successful Start Well Family Centre.

We have an integrated service within the Start Well Family Centre at Westleigh, with linked sites (Leigh Central & Golborne) as part of the community hub approach across the borough. Start Well Centres (Children’s Centres) are responsible for the delivery of integrated, whole life course services which are closer to residents in the borough and work with our Schools, Early Years Settings and Health to collaboratively and efficiently drive improvement in outcomes for children and their families.

The Manager will strategically lead the delivery of the Start Well offer across the footprint of the Start Well Centre, working alongside children and families, partner agencies and the community, in order to enable access to a range of both universal and targeted Start Well services to those families in most need of support through Early Help and the community hub approach.
