Salary: Grade 3, £15,123 - £15,734 per annum. £9.62 - £10.00 per hour

35 hours per week, term time plus 2 weeks working 40 weeks per year

The Governors and Headteacher are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, reliable, hard-working, self-motivated, out-going, friendly and flexible person as our School Office Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity to join our school team.

The successful candidate will:
Be committed to providing an efficient and accurate service;
Be able to communicate in a friendly, clear and effective manner;
Provide administrative support to the Headteacher and all other school staff when required;
Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the school office by working with the whole school team, providing high quality, efficient administrative support;
Be a team player as well as having the ability to work alone and on your own initiative;
Have the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines;
Be proficient in the use of Word and Excel;
Have excellent organisational, literacy and numeracy skills;
Have experience of working in a school office using SIMS, ParentPay and Evolve. (Training will be available for suitable applicant.)

A commitment to supporting the strong Catholic ethos of St Richard’s Catholic Primary School is essential.
