The successful candidate must:
Have high expectations of all pupils
Be a passionate, motivated and organised team player with excellent interpersonal skills
Demonstrate excellent subject knowledge
Plan and teach creative and interesting lessons which engage all pupils in order to maximise progress and attainment
Know when and how to differentiate appropriately; particularly in order to meet the varying needs of SEND pupils
