This is a fantastic opportunity to join an exciting, dynamic and highly successful special primary school.

The governors of Rowan Tree Primary School are seeking to appoint to an enthusiastic and inspirational teacher of pupils with severe and complex needs, the majority of whom have a diagnosis of autism. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching a class of primary aged pupils working significantly below their age-related peers.

We are looking for a teacher who is:
An excellent classroom practitioner who has experience of working with pupils with severe and complex needs
Able to lead and inspire a class team, displaying excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to contribute to whole school improvement.
Committed to working collaboratively with staff, parents, local schools and the wider community.
Can demonstrate a commitment to team building and collaboration as well as being able to work independently and use initiative.
