Salary: Grade 14 - £49,857 - £53,485 per annum.

Your role:
You will lead a team of staff responsible for the allocation and matching of people to social housing stock and the shift to digital access to these services.
You will oversee all aspects of tenancy management ensuring tenancies provide stable environments for people and families on which to build successful lives, this includes an early intervention and prevention team for tenancy breach.
You will also manage the council’s sheltered housing service making sure it helps people to age well in supportive surroundings and keeps people connected to communities.
About you:
You will be an experienced housing professional with a thorough knowledge of allocations and tenancy management.
You will be an inspirational leader with the ability to motivate teams working in a fast paced environment.
You will have significant experience of managing change and take an innovative approach to service delivery and the supporting policy around this.
You will be highly creative in your approach and not be afraid to try new ideas that deliver great outcomes for people.
You will also have excellent communication skills and the ability to develop and manage relationships across all providers, charitable and voluntary agencies.
