Salary: Grade 4, £15,378 - £16,319 per annum. £9.74 - £10.34 per hour

37 hours per week, term time working 38 weeks per year plus 37 hours holiday working

We are looking to appoint a reliable, enthusiastic and experienced administrator to this multi layered role providing support to three middle managers. The G4 post offers lots of variety within Finance, Curriculum Data and Reception/General Administration with the work requirements coordinated by the Assistant Business Manager.

Working in a busy, customer focused, demand driven environment, you will be working alongside a friendly, committed and experienced team of administrators. No day is ever the same and the successful candidate must demonstrate a flexibility approach to work deployment and the willingness to respond to changing demands to support Teaching and Learning. The benefits of term time working with set hours are ideal for people balancing a busy home life with a career.

Attention to detail, the ability to multitask, strong IT skills particularly in Microsoft Excel and an aptitude for software packages are essential to undertake the work requirements of this role. Training will be provided on software packages currently used: Tucasi, SIMS/FMS and 4Matrix
