Your role:
As a Shared Lives Support Worker you will work with Shared Lives Champions and customers, focussing on people’s strengths, gifts, talents and qualities to help them to realise their goals, dreams and aspirations. You will play a key part in empowering the people you support to develop greater links in their local communities and beyond.
About you:
You will have a good understanding of Shared Lives and the ability to implement both an asset based and person centred approach in delivering a service. You will be innovative, creative and flexible in your approach to your role to ensure the best possible service is provided to customers.
You will be a self-confident, passionate and driven individual, who has high expectations of themselves to deliver a quality service to customers. You will be an excellent communicator with a high level of interpersonal skills which will support the development of positive working relationships with customers and champions.
