Salary: Grade 7, £21,732 - £24,731 per annum.

37 hours per week, term time working 38 weeks per year


We are seeking to appoint a Learning Manager to provide support for our school’s pastoral system. This role is central to the further development of an already highly effective team and includes a wide range of duties primarily aimed at supporting pupils who are having difficulties with being their best self.

You will be expected, if necessary, to work outside of normal school hours and contribute to the running of the inclusion unit. We are looking for candidates who want to help young people to fulfil their potential whilst challenging them to take personal responsibility for their own development.

Previous experience in working with children of secondary school age and relevant SEN experience is desirable.
