As our Admin and Recruitment Officer, you will be joining our vibrant team based at our headquarter office working closely with all areas of our charitable organisation to inspire people to work with us and ensure the provision of high-quality recruitment processes.  
  
No two days are the same as you are the person for all things recruitment and the voice of our organisation to prospective candidates.  
   
A passion to deliver inspirational employee experiences, develop processes and provide the highest quality administration are some of the qualities we are looking for.  
    
Inspiring confidence, this role will be a ‘go to’ figure that will require you to demonstrate the credibility, enthusiasm and professionalism that inspires people to join our organisation. This role will require the postholder to communicate with a large range of people to give sound advice and guidance and provide exceptional administration to the highest of standards.   
  
About you:  
   
The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational and administration skills, be self-motivated and have excellent communication skills. In addition, you will also love interacting with people on the phone, have bags of confidence and the desire to deliver great service and excellent administration. You will also be able to time manage effectively, responding to changing priorities and meeting tight deadlines.
   
You must also be able to problem solve and suggest improvements to our processes based on sound knowledge and research whilst working collaboratively with our teams and partners to ensure the best outcome for our employees and volunteers.
  
The role will require resilience and positivity and the ability to not be afraid to say “no”. You will also ensure a comprehensive standard of knowledge of processes to provide detailed advice and guidance of recruitment, volunteering and training and development processes.  
   
Our Organisational Development team are at the heart of our organisation and you will have a desire to deliver great employee experiences and support our team to be their best.
