Salary: Grade 14 - £49,857 - £53,485 per annum

Your role:
You will be committed to ensuring excellent services with streamlined pathways for users.
These will offer people the right support at the right time and allow them to draw on their assets and reconnect to communities.
You will take the lead for services provided to those heading towards crisis or in crisis in relation to homelessness, drugs, alcohol and reducing reoffending. This includes the provision of operational support teams for people make choices to take back control of their lives.
You will also manage relationships with other providers including commissioned services, the charitable and voluntary sector.
About you:
You will be an inspirational leader with the ability to motivate teams working in challenging environments.
You will have significant experience of managing services aimed at those in crisis and managing changes to those services.
You will be highly creative in your approach and not be afraid to try new ideas in relation to a service delivery.
You will also have excellent communication skills and the ability to develop and manage relationships across all providers, charitable and voluntary agencies.
