Westleigh Methodist Primary school is part of a Multi Academy Trust in conjunction with Bedford Hall Methodist Primary School called the Acorn Trust, catering for children aged from 3+ to 11 years.

The Acorn Trust is a Multi-Academy Trust established in September 2013. It aims to provide schools which see each child as an individual and nurtures them develop their true potential. We want the children to expand their horizons, believe in themselves and grow in confidence. We aspire for all schools within the trust to be outstanding and to provide the very best education and care for the children and families it serves.

The Governors are seeking to appoint 2 highly motivated, enthusiastic and committed teachers to join our school who:

There are two positions available, one in each Key Stage and all candidates will be required to demonstrate their ability to meet and maintain all Professional Standards for Teachers.

The main base for the role will be Westleigh Methodist Primary School but the post holder may be asked to work at other schools within the Trust.

Successful applicants will go through to Stage 1 which will be a lesson observation. This will be held on Monday 5 February or Wednesday 7 February 2018.

Candidates who are successful in Stage 1 will be invited to Stage 2.

Stage 2 will be held on Thursday 15 February 2018. This will consist of an unseen task and an interview.
