Salary: Grade 7, £20,509 - £23,339 per annum. 

30 hours per week


Temporary for 12 months

Your role:

You will provide project support to the Healthier Wigan Partnership; an alliance of health and social care partners with an ambition to transform the way we deliver health and social care in the Wigan Borough.   

Your main focus will be on Primary Care and specifically assisting the Business Partner Workforce Transformation with the development and delivery of a series of primary care workforce and training programmes that support sustainable and resilient general practice.

There are currently 60 practices in the borough that have organised themselves within GP Clusters aligned to geographical populations (service delivery footprints), covering 30-50,000 people.

About you:

You will have strong project support, presentation and communication skills coupled with experience of working in partnership with multiple complex organisations. You will have excellent decision making skills, the ability to resolve problems and a good level of ICT skills.
