Westleigh Methodist Primary school is part of a Multi Academy Trust in conjunction with Bedford Hall Methodist Primary School called the Acorn Trust, catering for children aged from 2+ to 11 years. We aspire for all schools within the trust to be outstanding and to provide the very best education and care for the children and families it serves.  

This fantastic opportunity will enable the successful candidate to further their skills and develop an Early Years department which is underpinned by creativity and inspirational teaching and learning opportunities.

The Governors are seeking to appoint a dedicated, inspirational and enthusiastic fully qualified early years teacher with a passion for creative teaching to join this innovative school.

We are looking for an excellent Teacher who:

will maintain the exceptionally high standards of teaching and learning established at the school
has a successful record of effective, creative and outstanding teaching
will demonstrate excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
will be an active member of our school team and contribute to the school’s Christian and nurturing ethos
will promote collaboration and partnership with all members of our community
is flexible in their approach, open to new ideas and must be a team player who is passionate about teaching
