Salary: Grade 10, £36,876 - £40,760 per annum.

Your role
:

You will manage and support the work of the DOLs team based at Hindley Town Hall. You will have a proven track record of effectively supporting adults through the deprivation of liberty safeguards process. You will be supervising a team of experienced BIA’s and will support them fully with casework, managing the flow of work coming into the team and allocating cases appropriately. You will be a lead in contributing to the work required to implement the legislative changes arising from the introduction of the liberty protection safeguards.

About you:

You will have a proven track record of supporting vulnerable adults in the community and hospital settings and be confident in working independently and as a team member. You will have excellent customer care skills and be eager to promote positive behaviours in the workplace as well as being a motivational supervisor who is eager to engage your team to provide outstanding care and support to our service users.
