Please note, this position will be based throughout various locations across the borough  
   
Apprenticeship salary - £7.83 per hour  
   
37 hours per week  
   
Temporary for 14 months  
   
Your role:  
   
You will provide an efficient and effective customer service provision and a full and comprehensive administrative support service to Customer Services. This will involve dealing with internal and external customers both face to face and on the telephone, operating ICT systems and providing general support to various teams.  
   
You will also be required to spend a proportion of your time undertaking a relevant qualification and will gain a range of experience whilst learning from professionals within the organisation.  
   
About you:  
   
We are seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic individual who would be an asset to the team.  Ideally you’ll have a keen interest in the value of digital services and a desire to understand how social media and digital access routes for customers can help provide a sustainable and effective future for the organisation.   
   
You will be committed to providing excellent customer care and able to work accurately and follow instructions. You will have the ability to plan work, manage own time and meet deadlines and able to complete the relevant apprenticeship qualification. You should also have experience of using computer systems.
