Salary: Grade 7, £25,991 - £29,577 per annum.

Your role:


The job is to work as part of the gas safety team within the Council’s statutory compliance team. Whilst working as part of an enthusiastic team your role will be to support the delivery of the gas safety certificates for all the councils housing stock, planned and reactive repairs business. You will work closely with the team and associated clients to ensure the council is achieving the best value for money across all aspects of gas maintenance activities.

About you:

You will have several years of practical experience of gas installation, maintenance and inspection
You will have an up to date knowledge of the relevant legislation relating to this post.
You will need to have a creative and innovative approach to diagnosis and resolution and be willing to rise to challenges with a positive attitude
You will be comfortable communicating in both written and verbal settings
