Salary: Grade 4 £11,497 - £12,790 per annum. £9.19 - £10.22 per hour.

The salary is subject to the 2019 National Joint Council pay award and any local agreements 

24 hours per week

Temporary for six months to cover the secondment of the substantive postholder

Your role

You will be part of the team supporting residents with dementia to live well and age well. You will provide person centered care as identified in personalised individual care plans, helping service users to lead full and purposeful lives by providing maximum choice, empowerment and control. You will also be responsible for the safe administration of medication.

About you:

 

You will have excellent communication skills, both oral and written in order to best support our residents and knowledge of delivering person centered care to residents. You will need to be caring and have an understanding of dementia and will display values and compassion at all times. You have the ability to work unsupervised and as part of the team.
