Grade 2 - £2,280 - £2,351 per annum. £8.54 - £8.81 per hour

 

6 hours and 15 minutes per week, term time only working 38 weeks per year

 

The salary is subject to the 2019 National Joint Council pay award and any local agreements

 

Temporary to July 2019

 

Required for February 2019

 

Hours of working will be Monday-Friday, 12.00-1.15pm.

 

We require a committed and reliable Lunchtime Welfare Assistant to join our warm and friendly/caring Welfare staff.

 

The role will involve working with groups of children as part of a dedicated team, to support healthy eating and playground activities.

 

Ideally, the successful candidate will enjoy working with children and have a genuine care for their welfare;  be able to supervise the children in the playground and dining hall, encouraging structured play and helping them to develop their social skills.
