Temporary for 12 months

Your role:


As a Customer Relationship Manager, you will play a key role in supporting directorates, working in partnership to deliver organisation and transformational change and complex case solutions.
You will be proactive in identifying key workforce issues, whilst providing solution-based business focused advice and direction to customers, in resolving such issues.
You will also be directly responsible for managing, developing, and inspiring a HR Operations Team ensuring high performance working. You will additionally be accountable for effective casework governance, ensuring regular monitoring against key performance indicators and related reporting.

About you:

You will be a dedicated HR professional with a proven track record of working with senior managers and of delivering an operational HR focused service whilst being passionate about enabling creative customer-focused solutions. You will be driven and have demonstratable ability to influence and challenge as appropriate to get to the source of people and service issues, whilst embracing the BeWigan behaviors in everything you do.
