We are seeking to appoint an experienced and enthusiastic Personal Assistant to the Headteacher/Officer Manager to join our dedicated Team.

The role of the Personal Assistant to the Headteacher/Officer Manager is to be responsible for providing a high level of administrative support to the Headteacher. Another key part of this role is to be responsible for the Business Support Administrative Team; including providing support and direction to team members, motivating others, working to tight deadlines and working flexibly.
What are we looking for?
An individual that is ideally educated to Level 3 or Level 4 (or equivalent qualification) in a relevant subject, such as business studies or administration
At least 3 years’ experience of managing a team
Experience of working in a demanding administrative role
Knowledge of and competency in the use of Microsoft office suite of applications
Ability to plan, organise and prioritise tasks working across multiple teams
Ability to work as part of a team and motivate others
Ability to work flexibly and adapt to workloads, requests and unforeseen changes demonstrating a ‘can do’ and positive attitude at all times
Ability to train and support members of the Administrative Team
