Salary: Grade 5, £18,037 - £20,313 per annum.

37 hours per week, term time plus 4 weeks working 42 weeks per year

08:00 am until 16:00 pm Monday to Thursday and 08.00 am to 15.30 pm on Fridays.


Standish Community High School are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Finance Officer to commence employment as soon as possible. As a key member of the Finance Team the Finance Officer is responsible for all purchasing and accounts payable functions of the school. The successful candidate will have skills and previous experience in a similar finance related role with extensive knowledge of accounts payable. Additionally the successful candidate will have excellent computer literacy, strong customer service ethics, the ability to manage competing priorities as well as a high level of analytical skills and self-motivation.
