Are you an experienced, highly motivated and committed teaching assistant with experience of cover supervision; working with EYFS / KS1 and understand the needs of those children who have barriers to learning?

We are looking for someone to join our School Team who:
is passionate about children’s education and understands child development.
Is able to discuss how their role has had an impact on the children in their class academically and/ or socially.
Is a reflective individual who is committed to their own professional development.
Is a driven person who is able to work under their own initiative and work well as a member of a team.
