Your role: 
 
As a Be Well Assistant Manager you will support the General Manager with the management of the Sports & Leisure Facilities. You will achieve this through ensuring the delivery of excellent services / activities within Leisure Centres, achievement of financial targets, and development of business opportunities and have a good knowledge of all Health & Safety aspects.
 
You will support the achievement of departmental targets and objectives through the management and delivery of the team. You will have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst ensuring that you always deliver a high level of professional customer service. 
 
About you: 
 
The ideal person for this role needs to be able to plan, work and manage their time efficient and effectively demonstrating accurate and concise work. You must have good organisational, verbal and written communication skills. You will use your own initiative and work flexibly as part of a team and be able to anticipate problems and take action to prevent situations escalating. You must have excellent observations skills and be able to think quick, demonstrate a calm head in emergency situations and have the passion to want to succeed and make positive impacts within the industry.
 
A good knowledge of computer systems and experience in inputting and extracting data and demonstrate good knowledge of financial budget setting.
