Salary: Grade 4, £11,851 - £12,576 per annum. £9.74 - £10.34 per hour

23 hours 20 minutes per week

Temporary for 6 months

Your role:

You will be part of the team supporting people to reach their full potential you will also support Residents with dementia when required. You will provide person centred care and be passionate in supporting customers with a person centred approach, promoting independence and choice. You will be responsible for the safe administration of medication.

About you:


You will have excellent communication skills, both oral and written in order to best support the residents and customers knowledge of delivering person centred care to residents. You will need to be Enthusiastic, motivated individual who is committed to supporting residents with an asset based approach. The ability to work on your own and as part of a team and deliver best practice.
