Joint Intelligence Manager

Your role:

 

You will be leading and managing a team of research professionals that provides needs analysis and research products, and information management processes and systems for the council and partners. 

 

You will be assisting the Service Manager, associate Intelligence Managers and Assistant Directors by leading, developing and implementing approaches for performance management, customer and performance insight, data quality, intelligence and knowledge management (in partnership with other agencies where appropriate).

 

About you:

 

You will be passionate about intelligence with a positive outlook and innovative problem solving approach to providing key intelligence products. 

 

You will also be a strategic thinker with the ability to horizon scan for intelligence opportunities that will benefit and contribute to the strategic decision making within the council and wider partnerships.
