Grade 4 - £8.71 to £9.85 per hour

37 hours per week

Your role:

You will be responsible for the day to day administration of adoption panel services. You will work alongside a variety of colleagues at all levels in multiple organisations, undertaking a range of administration and helping to plan the workloads of the panel. You’ll respond to ad hoc requests for information from managements and internal and external sources.

About you:

You will be self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision with the ability to work under pressure to meet very tight deadlines. You will have a high level of organisational skills and be able to prioritise workloads efficiently. You’ll have great interpersonal skills in order to work collaboratively with a range of colleagues.

About us:

Together for Adoption is a brand new partnership service between 5 partner local authorities’ delivered and commissioned by the Wigan, Warrington, St Helens, Cheshire West & Chester and Halton Regional Adoption Agency, known as Together for Adoption.

Please note that whilst this role is employed by Wigan Council, the base for this role is at Bewsey Park Community Centre, Troutbeck Avenue, Warrington, WA5 0BA.
