Your role:


If you're passionate about improving your community and helping people, make great life choices then an apprenticeship with Be Well could be for you!

As a Leisure Team Member Apprentice, you will support, enhance and deliver the day-to-day operations and services of our Be Well facilities.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain industry-based qualifications whilst gaining the relevant experience to further your career. You will undertake all aspects of the role from pre-activity screening and health and safety checks to supporting the operational housekeeping of the leisure facility.

About you:

As a Leisure Team Member Apprentice, you will need to have excellent communication and customer service skills.

During the apprenticeship you will undertake lifeguard and swimming instructor training and so must be a competent and confident swimmer.

The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in physical wellbeing, and we ask that you demonstrate this in your application.

You must be willing to work at various Be Well centres across the Borough and be available to evenings and weekends on a rota basis.
