Salary: Grade 7, £23,866 - £28,221 per annum.

 

The salary is subject to the 2019 National Joint Council pay award and any local agreements

 

37 hours per week

 

Your role:

 

You will play a key role in supporting the delivery of an effective and responsive complaints service to residents, their families and representatives across the borough. You will liaise with customers and social care staff across all levels and areas to ensure complaints are investigated and responded to appropriately and in a timely manner.

 

You will have an understanding of the legislation and guidance relating to complaints against Adult Social Care and Health and will work alongside the Customer Relations Manager to deliver training to staff, providing ongoing advice and support.

You will be a strong communicator who is able to work collaboratively with a range of customers and partner agencies to deliver a fair and transparent complaints service. You will respect and understand the value of dealing effectively and promptly with complaints and identify learning to improve service delivery.

 

You will be efficient in time management and report writing and be a strong team player who is used to working in a person centred way. You will have a positive outlook with a caring and compassionate disposition. You will also be a good listener and a great problem solver.
