7 hours and 30 minutes per week, term time working 38 weeks per year

The Governors of Ince CE Primary School wish to appoint two enthusiastic and caring Teaching Assistant Level 1’s for lunchtimes to join our happy and committed team and to take an active role in the life of our school.

 

Ince CE Primary School is a large two form entry primary school on the outskirts of Wigan town centre.  Our school is at the heart of the community and the church, and all staff and governors are fully committed to ensuring the best education for every child.  The successful candidates would join a team which believes that all children should enjoy school and have a love of learning within a safe and secure environment.

 

Hours will be Monday - Friday 12.30 pm – 2.00 pm

 

You will be working with a small team of Teaching Assistant Level 1’s and will be expected to maintain an orderly atmosphere, encourage appropriate play, good manners and to help the children with their meals, social and hygiene needs.

 

Duties will include;

 

· Supervising the children over the lunchtime period

· Putting tables away and ensuring the dining areas are swept and mopped.
