Salary: Grade 7, £22,875 - £26,031 per annum
 
37 hours per week, term time plus 4 weeks working 42 weeks per year
 
Your role:
 
 
You will monitor income and expenditure against budgets and respond promptly where required in order to ensure performance targets are achieved, together with being responsible for the efficient and effective operational and financial management of all facilities within a designated area, including the monitoring of KPIs.
 
You will deliver and implement a quality assurance system that underpins an effective and efficient catering service, and build effective customer relationships in order to understand their needs and requirements to develop and grow the unit to enhance satisfaction and deliver income and profitability targets. 
 
About you: 
 
We are looking for someone who has substantial experience of managing catering contracts across multiple sites including the management of profit and loss accounts.
 
You will be passionate about ensuring that our school meal service is delivering exceptional, nutritious school meals everyday across all schools. Your drive for service improvement will be obvious as will your can do attitude. You will have a natural ability to engage with people and motivate them to do their best.
