18 hours 30 minutes per week - the hours of work for this position are 8:45am – 5:00pm Monday, Tuesday and alternate Wednesdays
  

Temporary until August 2018 to cover for a secondment
      
Your role:
      

We are looking to appoint a temporary, Business Support Services Officer to join the team within the Children’s Directorate who support children, young people and their families in need. 
    

Reporting to a Senior Business Support Services Officer, you will provide day to day administration support in a busy office environment to assist with the achievement of the team’s functions within Start Well and Targeted Service, delivering a high standard of customer care to service users, colleagues and other professionals.
   

About you:
   

You will have office experience and an NVQ 2 in Administration or the ability to demonstrate a similar level of knowledge, skills and experience. 
   

You will be highly organised, and will be familiar with a range of Office IT packages, case management and record management systems. 
   

You will have excellent interpersonal skills and be used to working with a range of staff and service users.
