Due to the promotion of the existing post holder the Governors wish to appoint an experienced, enthusiastic and highly motivated Deputy Headteacher to make a significant contribution to the future development of this effective and inclusive school.

 

The leadership team has maintained the good quality of education in the school since the last inspection. You are highly committed to providing the best for your pupils, many of whom come to your school with a range of needs.” (Ofsted January 2018)

 

The successful candidate will:

Have proven leadership skills

Be an exemplary classroom practitioner across the primary age range, committed to raising standards

Have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to lead, motivate, inspire and support colleagues

Have the ability to work with parents, carers, governors and the wider community.
