Salary: Grade 3, £12,584 - £13,092 per annum. £9.62 – £10.00 per hour

30 hours per week, term time working 38 weeks per year

The Headteacher and Governors of this successful school, which has an excellent reputation within the community of Golborne, are seeking to recruit a highly effective support staff member to join an enthusiastic, dedicated and hardworking team. We are looking to appoint someone who is committed to supporting creative learning, raising standards and securing the best possible outcomes for every child.

We are looking for:
a commitment to promoting and supporting the Catholic ethos and Mission Statement of our school; experience of living with, supporting or working with a child with specific needs that may incorporate barriers to learning;
an interest in outdoor play and the benefits of outdoor learning experiences;
someone with experience of coaching a sport or multi-sports and a keen interest in supporting the delivery of PE lessons, the coordination of sporting events and after school sports clubs is desirable;
someone who is reflective and resilient in working with a child/children with additional needs;
someone who has an open and positive attitude, who values teamwork; has excellent interpersonal skills and a good sense of humour;
Someone who can work alongside the class teacher in delivering a curriculum with high expectations and is committed to inspiring the very best in pupils;
a willingness to contribute to all areas of school life.
