Working across Various Leisure Centres in the Wigan and Leigh Borough

 

Salary: Grade 5, £24,702 - £27,334 per annum. £12.80 - £14.16 per hour pro rata based on 37 hours per week

 

3 x 2 hours per month annualised

1 x 2 hours 30 minutes per week annualised

1 x 4 hours 8 minutes per week annualised

3 x 4 hours 30 minutes per week annualised

1 x 8 hours 45 minutes per week

 

Your role:

 

To work as one of a team of Swimming Teachers providing instruction/teaching within the Be Well team across the Wigan Borough providing a high-quality service in accordance with the swimming programme.

 

About you:

 

We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated and passionate swim teachers with experience of teaching school groups, LTS programmes, Parent & Child lessons and one to one lesson’s.

 

Ideally you will have experience of teaching Swim England’s LTS framework. You will need to be an approachable, positive role model with a fun, engaging approach and a talent for teaching that meets individual's needs. You’ll need to be flexible and adaptable in your approach to working hours, to suit the needs of the business with the natural ability to establish and maintain excellent relationships with our customers and potential customers, putting people at ease, with a real “can-do” attitude; nothing is too much hassle for you.
