Salary: Grade 4, £22,229 - £23,366 per annum. £12.18 - £12.80 per hour

 

35 hours per week

 

This is an exciting new administrative role that will be crucial to the team’s progress and further development through the application of customer care skills and administrative duties at Mayfield House, Supported living Service-Housing with Care.

 

Mayfield House Centre of Excellence is our first specialist Accommodation Service that is specifically designed to provide a service to adults with autism, learning disabilities and challenging behaviour.

 

The role will be instrumental in ensuring an efficient service is provided via inputting and gathering information for data analysis that will steer service decisions and further improvements. By Applying computer and organisational skill you will be required to keep accurate records, provide information, reports as required to ensure the quality of the support services is line with Care Regulations and GDPR.

 

This is a singular administrative role that will be working as part of the support/management team.

 

Previous experience of working in an administrative role is required.

 

Your role:

 

You will be the first point of contact for enquiries and initiate positive, professional interactions as the service representative. Display customer care skills, providing a listening ear and sign posting where appropriate.

 

Your role will be key in forming decisions on the direction of travel for the service in the valuable data and information that will be provided via reports on variable computer programmes. Ensure all records are accurate and up to date.

 

The role is key to ensuring efficiencies are adhered to within the service, inputting reports in a timely manner. Take minutes in meetings to ensure all appropriate agreed actions are implemented.

 

You will be required to work on your own initiative, but form part of a large team, under the supervision of the management team at Mayfield House.

 

About you:

 

We are looking to recruit a person who will share our passion and commitment to the service that is provided at Mayfield House. This new administrative role as the first point of contact will be key to stake holders first impressions of our service and reputation. Customer care skills are an essential requirement. You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to develop positive relations ships with families, agencies, customers, and relevant professionals.

 

Although not directly supporting the customers you will demonstrate positive values regarding disabilities, recognising peoples’ assets irrelevant of their disability.

 

You will demonstrate excellent organisational skills, self-motivated with a shared vision of the service.

 

You will hold a level 2 qualification in business administration or the equivalent.

We are looking for a motivated person that through utilising their administrative skills and application of their assets will steer the team into improved quality, systems, and efficiencies.
