Your role:

We are seeking to appoint to a vacant post within the exciting and challenging role of School Organisation and Admissions Assistant. This is a varied post and requires the candidate to work across a broad area of work related to school admissions and school organisation.

Your role involves supporting the delivery of service objectives for school organisation, admissions and asset management. You will mainly be responsible for processing school application forms and applying over subscription criteria correctly to determine who places should be allocated to. And support the organisation and preparation for school admissions appeals. You will support the School Organisation Officers to enable delivery of our statutory duties.

About you
:

The ideal person for this role needs to be able to undertake a range of administrative task. You must have excellent organisational skills and have the ability to manage your own workload and use your own initiative. A good knowledge and experience of using computer systems such as databases, spreadsheets, word-processing packages, and emails is key to this role. The role at times is demanding so experience in working in an administrative role or school admissions is beneficial.
