Salary: Grade 3, £22,737 - £23,500 per annum. £11.78 - £12.18 per hour

 

2 x 37 hours per week

 

Temporary 12 month fixed term contract

 

Your role:

 

Be Well Outdoors are looking to appoint enthusiastic members to the residential team in the Lake District.

 

You will be part of the Catering and Hospitality team at Low Bank Ground and Hinning House (when opened) residential centres and will ensure the sites general duties, catering and cleaning duties are completed and up to a high standard. You will work on a rota basis based on service needs to ensure all services are delivered to a high standard.

 

You will also work in the kitchen and will receive training for the preparation and serving of meals. You will support the site team with site duties required where necessary, this could be the caretaker or the instructional staff. There’s the option to live on site if required and opportunity to try the outdoor activities on offer.

You will be an enthusiastic person who leads by example, you will have a knowledge in delivering a great service and will be confident it carrying our your duties. You will be friendly and be able to build a great relationship with guests and team members.
