Your role:

 

Your role will be to work as a Careers Adviser within a school & sixth form setting, supporting the SLT Careers Lead in the school to ensure the continuous achievement of the Gatsby Benchmarks and the continuous improvement of the schools CEIAG delivery plan. You will be expected to develop innovative programmes of CEIAG support that maximises the use of LMI data, technology and partnership working with providers and businesses to continuously develop the CEIAG programme of the school/sixth form. You must be experienced in organising events within a school setting.

 

About you:

 

You will be qualified to Level 6 in Advice and Guidance. You will be expected to deliver high quality CEIAG interviews and group sessions to young people from Year 7-Year 13. You will be experienced in dealing with young people, motivated and enthusiastic. You will be non-judgemental, and person centred. You will be good at establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and using your initiative when carrying out your duties. You will be able to demonstrate the behaviours: Being Positive, Being Accountable and Being Courageous. You will be an excellent team worker, able to self-manage and work independently.
