Salary: Grade 5, £24,702 - £27,334 per annum. £12.80 - £14.17 per hour

 

37 hours per week

 

Your role:

 

Your new job will be to lead the organisation in maintaining Low bank ground & Hinning House to ensure it remains clean, presentable and in good working order. You will be part of a team that provides residential offers to schools, groups and public over the calendar year.

 

The role is part of Outdoor adventure BeWell service which currently operates within Wigan and the Lake district. You will form part of a friendly and hardworking team and will be involved in maintaining high levels of cleanliness across the Lake district sites which will include building and open space cleaning, general DIY tasks, security and customer care.

 

About you:

 

You will need to be able to work in a complex health and safety environment, have a good manner with children, teachers, public users and colleagues and have a can do attitude. You will be driven and able to prioritise workloads and tasks. You must demonstrate a good level of DIY skills as well as good knowledge of gardens maintenance.
